Summary & Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a medium skillet cook sausage until meat is brown, drain fat; set aside.

2. For crust, separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Press triangles evenly into a 12-inch pizza pan to form a crust. Sprinkle sausage, hash browns and Cheddar cheese over crust; set aside.

3. In a small bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over sausage mixture.

4. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Bake for 5 minutes more or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. Serves 6 to 8.

1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 pkg. (8 oz) crescent rolls
1 cup frozen hash browns, thawed
1 cup Kraft® Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. McCormick® Ground Black Pepper
2 tbsp. Kraft® 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
