Remembered from Trail’s End Restaurant. Of all the places Members call ‘home’ at Walt Disney World Resort, none leaves us wanting ‘s’more’ like The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. These cookies are chocolatey, gooey, graham cracker-y, and they don’t require an open fire.
1.Whisk flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, baking soda, and coarse salt in a large bowl, and set aside.
2. Cream butter and sugars in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment until fluffy. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time. Beat on low speed until
combined.
3. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture, one cup at a time, and beat on low speed until combined. Then add marshmallows, chocolate chips, chopped chocolate, and chopped graham crackers. Beat on low speed until mixed.
4. Refrigerate dough for anywhere from 3-24 hours.
5. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Scoop chilled dough into ¼-cup balls, and place 4 on baking sheet.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until edges begin to brown but cookies are still soft. Cool for 5 minutes on baking sheet, then transfer to cooling rack. Repeat with remaining dough
Always use caution when handling sharp objects and hot contents.
Enjoy the recipe!
