Buffalo Chicken Tacos

Summary & Instructions

  1. Add chicken, salt, pepper, paprika, ranch seasoning, minced garlic, onions, and buffalo sauce to a crockpot and stir together
  2. Cook on low for about 4 hours
  3. Shred chicken and add more buffalo sauce if you want more of the buffalo sauce flavor
  4. Melt a couple tablespoons of butter in a skillet
  5. Add tortillas, shredded cheese, and chicken
  6. Fold tortilla over and cook on both sides until golden brown

 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 ranch seasoning packet
  • 1 TBSP minced garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce tortillas
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Add a little butter
