Summary & Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 325° for 25-35 minutes until golden brown and toasty.

Let cool, then break apart into chunks and crumbles.

Ingredients

– 2 cups of rolled oats
– 1 cup total chopped nuts (walnut, pecans, pistachios)
– 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds (optional)
– 1-2 tsp cinnamon
– a good pinch of salt
– unsweetened coconut (optional)
– 1/4 cup coconut oil
– 1/4-1/2 cup honey or pure maple syrup
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
