These delicious brownies combine sweet potatoes and chocolate for a high-fiber, no added sugars dessert.
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 and grease your brownie pan.
2. Crack eggs into bowl
3. Add mashed insides of one fully cooked sweet potato
4. Add maple syrup and vanilla extract and mix
5. In a separate bowl mix together dry ingredients. Flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt
6. Slowly mix in dry ingredients or wet ingredients
7. Pour mixture into brownie pan
8. Top with dark chocolate chips if desired
9. Bake for 35 minutes
