Homemade Protein Bagels

1. Preheat the oven to 350F and lightly oil a baking sheet.
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk.
3. Add the greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms and shape into a ball.
4. Lightly flour a cutting board and place the dough on the board to cut into 4 even pieces.
5. Roll each piece into a log shape and then close the ends together to make a circle/bagel shape. Place on the baking sheet then repeat with the other 3 pieces.
6. Brush the top of each bagel with the egg wash and top with everything bagel seasoning if desired.
7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until bagels are golden on top.
8. Store in a storage container to enjoy throughout the week!

1 cup flour (or 1:1 gluten free flour)
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup greek yogurt
1 egg, whisked
Optional: everything bagel seasoning
