Cozy Orzo

20 minutes
Dinner

Summary & Instructions

Add olive oil, garlic and onion to a large pot and let cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until onions are slightly softened. Push onions to the edge of the pot and add beef – season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Once beef is cooked, add orzo, marinara, bone broth, and Worcestershire. Bring to a simmer, cover, and let cook for ~10 minutes or until liquid is mostly absorbed and orzo is cooked (stirring occasionally). Add cream, parmesan and spinach. Let cook for another 5 minutes or until thick. Top with extra parm & enjoy!
